I love offering groups because of the connection and dynamics available within the container of the group. These groups are therapeutic in nature and are equine-assisted.

Adolescent Anxiety

Ages 11-14

So many kids today are experiencing incredible amounts of anxiety daily, weekly or situationally.  We need to understand how anxiety works to stop reinforcing it every single day. It is possible to untangle the grip that anxiety has on us, and sometimes we need to ask for help. Sometimes meeting other people who can relate can bring so much relief.  If you're ready for help and sick and tired of managing anxiety all alone, please join me for our 4-week series.
